myhotwallet is a secure platform for creating, storing, and managing cryptocurrency wallets. We use advanced encryption technology to protect your information and ensure you maintain full control over your digital assets.
Your recovery keys are stored encrypted on our servers, using military-grade security encryption and additional layers of protection. The key used to decrypt them is derived exclusively from your password and, if set, your PIN, information that is never stored by us. All communication is also protected by end-to-end encryption.
It is your sole responsibility to securely back up your recovery keys and keep them in a safe place, preferably offline (such as on paper or an offline device). Losing these keys can result in irreversible loss of access to your wallets and funds. myhotwallet does not store your keys in a way that allows us to recover them for you.
No. myhotwallet does not have access to your private keys in readable format or to your funds without the proper entry of your access credentials. You maintain full ownership and control over your cryptocurrency wallets.
Keep your passwords and recovery keys confidential, do not share your credentials, use secure devices, back up your recovery keys in a safe place (preferably offline), and always verify the authenticity of the website before entering your credentials.
If you suspect your device has been compromised or your credentials have been exposed, immediately transfer your assets to a new, secure wallet. Anyone with access to your credentials can perform transactions that will be considered valid by the platform.
Yes. As a mandatory security measure, myhotwallet requires the confirmation of a verification code sent to your registered email address in order to process any transaction. This verification is required regardless of the device used or whether the destination is a public address you have previously sent funds to, as stated in our Terms of Service. This measure is intended to ensure the highest level of protection for your assets.
While it's possible to regain access to your account, you won't be able to recover access to your wallet and the funds stored in it without the wallet's access credentials (password, PIN, or recovery key). myhotwallet does not have the technical means to restore wallet access without the appropriate credentials.
Yes, you can manage multiple wallets for different cryptocurrencies through the platform. However, creating multiple accounts to bypass platform limits or restrictions is not allowed.
Transactions are created within the platform and sent to the respective blockchain networks through trusted third-party services. For some transactions, they are created and signed locally. For advanced features, it may be necessary to temporarily share private keys with selected third-party services, always under strict security protocols.
Transaction fees may apply according to the conditions of the blockchain networks and third-party service providers. Additionally, myhotwallet may charge a service fee for using the platform to process transactions. All fees are clearly disclosed before transaction confirmation.
myhotwallet collects only the essential data needed to ensure the secure operation of the platform, such as your email address (used for account creation, communication, and security), account identifiers, language preferences, account settings, device information, IP address (temporarily logged for security purposes), and access logs. We do not collect your full name, except when required in the contact page form, where this information is requested solely for customer service and to identify the request. We also do not collect physical addresses, identity documents, or banking information.
